The delegations of Belarus and Uzbekistan perfectly embodied the slogan of the festival: cinema is a symphony of unity. The agreement between the two countries was signed by Director General of the Cinematography Agency of Uzbekistan Firdavs Abdukhalikov and Director of the National Film Studio “Belarusfilm” Vladimir Karachevsky.

Certainly, such an important event could not do with a strict level of documents. The signing of the agreement was accompanied by a solemn program, a presentation of the Uzbekfilm studio, and most importantly, a discussion of a long and very important cooperation that binds our countries.

Among the already completed projects of the delegation of Uzbekistan are “Ilkhak”, “Uzbechka”, a pleasant bonus to their presentation was the presence of artists and representatives of the film crews of these films. And a joint film “Kazbek” is already in the works with Belarus – a story reflecting the long-standing friendship between Belarusians and Uzbeks.
