“Popularization of cinema in the Republic of Belarus” - press conference dedicated to the opening of the festival

On November 17, a press conference was held at the Press House in Minsk to mark the upcoming opening ceremony of the 29th international film festival “Listapad”, the slogan of which is “creating the future.”
Yuri Maryanovich Alexey, Viktor Igorevich Vasiliev, Lei Han and Wang Xiaomeng were invited as guest speakers. The event raised issues such as friendship between Belarus and China and their joint projects, prospects for the development of Belarusian cinema, the success of the festival itself and much more.
Also present at the conference was Belarusian director Kirill Khaletsky, whose debut film “Filmmakers” will open “Listapad” this year.
