Born in 1962 in Chengdu Province, China. Member of the Association of Chinese Cinematographers, member of the Council of Chinese Cinema Artists, delegate of the All-China Literary and Artistic Union, vice-chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Film Council, member of the Sichuan Provincial Literary and Artistic Union Council. Chairman of the jury of the main feature film competition.

NOUSHIN KOJEDI MERAJI (Iran)

Born in Tonekabon, Iran. Graduated from the film production course at the Iranian Youth Film Association. Started making films in 2004, winner of national and international film festivals. In 2021 she won the Viktor Turov Award for the Best Film of the “Cinema of the Young” competition. Recognized international expert in the field of contemporary cinematography. Zigon Ivana (Serbia)

Semenyuk Alexander (Russia)

Film critic and film theorist. After graduating from VGIK (All-Russian State University of Cinematography named after S. A. Gerasimov), he worked at the Transnistrian State University as a teacher of cultural studies, film theory and history, and as editor-in-chief of Transnistrian Republican Television. Givi Sikharulidze (Georgia)

Givi Sikharulidze was born on February 20, 1944 in Tbilisi. In 1992 he starred in the movie “Sun of the Sleepless” directed by T. Javid Imamverdiev (Azerbaijan)

Producer, director, screenwriter. For 13 years he headed the State Documentary Film Studio. David Imamverdiev's filmography includes more than 200 films. He has written and directed 2 fiction films and 12 documentaries. Since 2020 he has been the Chief Director of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater.

Domenico Lucchini (Switzerland)

Domenico Lucchini, born in Locarno in 1955, is a Cultural Project Manager. For fifteen years he was head of the International Conservatory of Audiovisual Sciences in Lugano/Locarno. He has also served as theater director and university professor; leads festivals and associations for children's and youth cinema. He has made two documentaries. Kirill Khaletsky (Belarus)

Svetlana Sukhovey(Belarus)

Svetlana Sukhovei was born on October 28, 1952. Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus (1999). Sandra Vujović(Montenegro)

Perahudava Liudmila (Belarus)

Vladimir Yastrebа (Russia / Bulgaria)

Oleg Mirzagaevich Safaraliyev (Azerbaijan)

Born on October 13, 1952, in Baku. In 1988, he graduated from the directing faculty of VGIK (All-Russian State University of Cinematography named after S.A. Gerasimov, the workshop of S. Soloviev). He is a director of feature films and a producer. From 1996 to 2006, he was the general director of the film company "Eurasia-Film" (Moscow). Since 2019, he has been the secretary of the Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan and the director of the Cinema School of the Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan.
