Karen Shakhnazarov (Russia)
Председатель жюри.
A Soviet and Russian film director, producer,
screenwriter, a public figure. The Director of the
Mosfilm film concern. People's Artist of the Russian
Federation (2002), winner of three State Prizes of the
Russian Federation (2003, 2013, 2022), the Vasiliev
Brothers State Prize of the RSFSR (1988) and the
Lenin Komsomol Prize (1986). He is known as the
author of the films “Courier”, “Zerograd”, “Winter
Evening in Gagra” and others. Born on July 8, 1952
in Krasnodar, he graduated in 1975 from the
directing department of VGIK, part of Igor
Talankin’s workshop, and did an internship at
Mosfilm for several months after graduation. He is a
member of the Russian Academy of
Cinematographic Arts and the National Academy of
Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Russia.
Zhang Zhong (China)
Кинорежиссер,
A Chinese director, screenwriter and producer. PhD
of Sciences, a Professor, supervises the scientific
work of undergraduates and postgraduates. Born in
Lintao County (Gansu Province), now living in
Beijing, he graduated from the Television Faculty of
the Chinese University of Communications with a
Bachelor's degree in Editing, then received a master's
degree in Media Project Management. As a director
of the first category (the highest qualification
category in China), he works in the film industry,
combining practical activities with teaching. His
work is marked by a blend of traditional approaches
shaped and modern media technologies. He
continues to actively participate in the development
of Chinese cinema through the creation of new
projects and the training of aspiring professionals.
Ivan Pavlov (Belarus)
A renowned director, screenwriter, and currently the
dean of the Faculty of Film, Theater, and Television
at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. He
graduated from the Belarusian Academy of Arts with
a degree in Feature Film Directing (under the
tutelage of Viktor Turow, a People's Artist of the
USSR and film director). He has been working at the
Belarusfilm Studio since 1993. As a director, he has
helmed approximately 20 feature films and television
series, which have been awarded at film festivals in
Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, India,
and a number of other countries.
Rustam Sagdullayev (Uzbekistan)
Born on July 25, 1950 in Tashkent, he graduated in
1975 from the Tashkent Theater and Art Institute
named after A. N. Ostrovsky and became an actor at
the Uzbekfilm film studio. Made his film debut as a
director with “Stay” in 1984 and became famous for
playing the role of Romeo in the movie “Only ‘Old
Men’ Are Going Into Battle”. After the release of the
film, the young actor fell in love with the entire
Soviet Union. Starting from the 2000s, as part of the
cast of the film “Only ‘Old Men’ Are Going Into
Battle”, he did concert tours dedicated to Victory
Day in cities and countries of the former USSR.
Fabio Massa (Italy )
Actor, director, screenwriter, producer. Born in 1984
in Castellammare di Stabia, Italy. His career spans
auteur cinema, television and theater, with a strong
vocation for social cinema and stories that portray
human fragility. He made his actors film debut in
2002 with “Rosa Funzeca”, presented at the Venice
IFF. In 2008, he co-starred in “lo non ci casco”,
alongside Ornella Muti. The film, winner of the
Ennio Flaiano Award, marked a turning point in his
career. Alongside cinema, he has also acted in short
films, TV series, theater, commercials and music
videos, establishing himself as a versatile performer.
His first feature film as a director, “Domino Effect”
(2017), immediately attracted the attention of critics
and audiences. In 2019, he directed and starred in
“Never Forever” and received the Best Actor Award
at the New York Movie Awards and at the Gran Gala
of Cinema and TV. In 2024, he directed and starred
in “Global Harmony”, an English-language film.
Distributed in over 80 countries and awarded 33
international prizes, the film earned him critical
acclaim. Today, he continues to develop new
projects, remaining faithful to his mission: to tell
stories that move, denounce and transform.

Tahereh Solgi (Iran)
Tahereh Solgi – culturologist, art critic, film scholar,
cinema historian, director, educator, translator. Born
in Tehran, Iran. Graduated from the State University
in Tehran (Master's degree). Postgraduate student at
the Faculty of Culturology, State University of
Management (Moscow). Author of more than 10
articles on Russian cinema in Russian and Persian
languages.
Igor Byshnyov (Republic of Belarus)
Screenwriter, cinematographer, director, Candidate of
Biological Sciences, winner of national and international film
festivals in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Italy, Estonia, Poland,
Romania, and India. Laureate of the Special Prize of the
President of the Republic of Belarus in the field of cinema and
television for 2003 and 2006. Laureate of the XXX Minsk
International Film Festival "Listapad". Founder and artistic
director of LLC "Aves Film Studio".
Alexander Semenyuk (Russian Federation)
Alexander Semenyuk – Film scholar, Associate Professor at
VGIK, Program Director of the competition programs at the
"Golden Knight" International Film Festival.
Author of documentary television films and programs.

Ivana Žigon (Serbia)
Yugoslav and Serbian theater and film actress,
scriptwriter and director of documentaries, public
figure. Leading actress of the Belgrade People's
Theater, Chairman of the Serbian-Russian Friendship
Society (Republic of Serbia and Montenegro). Head
of the ensemble “The Peonies of Kosovo”. Vice-
President of the International Forum of the Golden
Knight Festival. Winner of the special prize of the
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko for the
popularization of Slavic culture.

November 26, 2000. Graduated from BSAA in 2022.
Winner of more than 40 international film festivals.

Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Works as a production director at the Belarusfilm
studio. Debuted at the XXIX MIFF “Listapad” with a
feature film “Filmmakers”.
In 2025, he directed the national film "Top-form
teacher" about a young teacher.

Irina Shevchuk (Russia)
Председатель
Soviet, Russian, and Ukrainian stage and film
actress, born on October 6, 1951. She holds the
prestigious titles of Honored Artist of the Ukrainian
SSR (1974) and Honored Artist of the Russian
Federation (2019). Beyond her acting career, she
plays a leading role in the cinematic community as
the General Director and Vice-President of the Open
Film Festival of CIS and Baltic Countries
"Kinoshok." Her long-standing commitment to film
is further evidenced by her membership in the Union
of Cinematographers of the USSR (since 1974) and
the Russian Film Academy "Nika" (since 1995).
Since 2000, she has also served as the Vice-President
of the Guild of Russian Film Actors.
Manish Tiwary (India)
An Indian filmmaker from Mumbai combines an academic
career with film work. He is a graduate of the University of
Delhi, Cambridge (UK), and Yale University (USA).
His film, "Zoo" (Chidiakhana, 2023) — a sports drama co-
produced with the National Film Development Corporation
(NFDC) — has won over twenty international awards,
including prizes for Best Picture and Best Director, and was
screened at the "Listapad" film festival in 2023.
Alena Dubrouskaya (Belarus)
Actress of theater and cinema, producer, television
presenter. Laureate of numerous vocal and theater
festivals and competitions.
Twice recipient of the Presidential Fund for Support
of Talented Youth. Graduated from the Belarusian
Academy of Arts (2004).
Completed postgraduate studies at the Belarusian
Academy of Arts (2007).
The actress's filmography includes over 110 film
roles and 60 theater roles.
Member of the Union of Cinematographers of
Belarus.

Safar Khakdodov (Tajikistan)
Screenwriter and film director. Director of the "Kinoservis"
film school LLC. Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers
of Tajikistan. Founder of Tajikistan's first-ever International
Film Festival "DIDOR". Author of scripts and director of over
20 documentary and feature films. Laureate of the A. Rudaki
State Prize of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Rita Shagray (Belarus)
Screenwriter, editor, animation director. Member of the Union
of Cinematographers of the Republic of Belarus. Has been
working at the National Film Studio "Belarusfilm" since 2001,
currently holding the position of leading editor at the Feature
Film Studio. Author of scripts for feature films, animated
films, and documentaries. Director of the animated film
"Igrushka" ("The Toy"), which has received a number of
prestigious awards at international and national film festivals.
Vladimir Yastrebа (Russia / Bulgaria)
Dubbing director, curator of Russian cultural projects in the
Balkans. Director of the "Black Sea Star" film festival.
Laureate of awards for the popularization of cinema and the
restoration of historical memory. In 2024, he was awarded the
medal "For Strengthening Peace, Friendship and Cooperation"
from the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of
Independent States Affairs.

Sherif Hassan Mohamed Ged (Egypt)
A Master of Journalism student at Moscow State
University, he has worked for over 35 years in the
field of cultural and humanitarian cooperation
between Egypt and Russia. He headed the cultural
programs of the Soviet and then Russian Center for
Science and Culture in Cairo, where he founded the
Translation Department. He is the founder and
chairman of the Egyptian Association of Graduates
of Russian Universities and also serves as the
Secretary General of the Egypt-Russia Friendship
Association.
Lyudmila Saenkova-Malnitskaya (Belarus)
Head of the Department of Literary and Artistic
Criticism at the Faculty of
Journalism at the Belarusian State University, Doctor
of Philosophy, and Professor. Film critic.
Graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at BSU
and the Screenwriting and Film Studies Department
at VGIK.
Author of numerous publications on cinema in print
and audiovisual media.
Massip Ginesta Pablo (Cuba)
Director, producer, and cinematographer. Founder of
ALMAR Producciones. Winner of the first prize at
the UNEP World Film Competition (UN, 2001).
Teaches Cuban cinema at universities in Cuba, the
United States, and Mexico. Serves as a jury member
for national documentary film festivals.

Vladimir Aleksandrovich Grammatikov.
Film director, producer, screenwriter, and teacher.
Born on June 1, 1942 in Sverdlovsk. In 1976, he
graduated from the All-Union State Institute of
Cinematography (VGIK), Faculty of Directing.
Laureate of the Russian Presidential Prize, Honored
Artist of the Russian Federation, Member of the
Board of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia,
Member of the Presidium of the "Golden Eagle"
Academy, President of the "Boomerang" Forum.
Laureate of numerous film festivals.
Natalia Marinova (Belarus)
Screenwriter, Producer.
Graduated from the Belarusian State University
(BSU) with a degree in Journalism and from the
Academy of Public Administration under the
President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in
Law.
Began her television career in 1998. From 2016 to
the present, she has been the Director of the TV
channel "Belarus 3".
Participates in the preparation of major projects for
the Belarusian Television and Radio Company and
organizes the coverage and information support on
the "Belarus 3" channel for important national
cultural events.
Xiaomeng Wan (China)
Wan Xiaomeng. Producer, Chairman of the
"Huaqiao" Association of Chinese Compatriots
Organizations, General Director of EMI International
LLC, Belarus. She has worked on the premieres and
distribution of films such as: "The Taste of Rice
Flowers," "The Coldest Fish," "Sister," "Brotherhood
of Blades," "Ballad of the Burning War," "Flight
