Igor Ugolnikov (Russia)

Chairman of the jury of a fiction film competition. Born on 15 December 1962 in Moscow. Soviet and Russian actor, film director, scriptwriter, producer, TV presenter; People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2023), winner of the State Prize of the Russian Federation named after G.K. Zhukov (2022), holder of the Order of Friendship (2022). G.K. Zhukov (2022), Knight of the Order of Friendship (2022). In 1996-1997 - Deputy Director of the Television Broadcasting Directorate of VGTRK. From 2006-2017 - Chairman of the Television and Radio Broadcasting Organisation of the Union State of Russia and Belarus (TRO of the Union). In 2010 - author of the idea and producer of the film "Brest Fortress". In 2014 - author of the idea and producer of the film Battalion. In 2015 - author of the idea, director and general producer of the film almanac "World War I. WW1". Since 2015 - member of the Academy of Russian Television (ART). Since 2017 - President of the TEFI Immortal Regiment International Television Competition, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the TVBRICS international TV channel, founder and CEO of the Voenfilm studio. Since 2020, President of the Tsiolkovsky Film Festival of films and programmes about space. Since 2021, member of the Expert Council of the Military-Patriotic Cinema Support Fund.

Vyacheslav Nikiforov (Belarus)

Member of the jury of the fiction film competition. Belarusian and Russian film director, actor, screenwriter, teacher. Honored Artist of the Belarusian SSR (1981). Laureate of the USSR State Prize (1986). Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of the Belarusian SSR (1978). Laureate of the The Golden Eagle Award in Moscow (2015) Laureate of the The SCO Film Festival in Qingdao ("The Golden Gull") (2018) Member of the National Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Russia; Winner of the Special Prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus "For preserving and developing the traditions of spirituality in film art" of the XXVIII Minsk International Festival "Listapad". Sergey Bagirov (Russia)

Producer, actor. Member of the jury of the fiction film competition. Was born on January 14th, 1964. In 1992 graduated with honors from the directing department of The Boris Shchukin Theatre College. In 1992-1999 as a film director of the Screen creative association he directed six feature films for children. In 1999-2001 he was the chief producer of the Kinotavr Film festival, in the 2000s – the producer of the studio of TV programs ordered by the Kultura TV channel, from 2005 to 2013 – director of the Directorate of Feature film Broadcasting of the TV Center TV channel. Since 2014 – Deputy General Director, Chief Producer of NTV-KINO company. Currently, he is the producer and Deputy General Director of Film Studio KIT. Sergey Bagirov has created more than 100 documentaries.

Wang Xiaomeng (China)

He is a member of the jury of a fiction film competition. Wang Xiaomeng is a film producer, deputy of the Committee on Chinese Emigrants' Affairs of the National People's Congress, chairman of the Association of Chinese Compatriots' Organisations "Huaqiao". He has been living in Belarus for more than 20 years. As the multifaceted relations between Belarus and China are developing, Wang Xiaomeng established Emy International Cross Cultural Collaboration in 2017 to promote the deepening of relations between the two countries in the fields of cinema, music, visual and theatrical arts, and sports as part of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. Today Emy International Cross Cultural Collaboration is the main representative of the National Film Studio Belarusfilm in China in the field of film production, promotion of cinematographic products and services; facilitates the participation of representatives of Belarusian organizations in cultural and professional events in China and provides them with full support; acts as an organizer of Chinese film festivals in Europe.

Ley Han (China)

Chinese film and television actor and producer. Member of the jury of a feature competition. Born in 1962 in Chengdu Province, China. Jovan Markovic (Serbia)

is a writer and producer. He is the founder and director in 1983. of the oldest private production company in the former Yugoslavia «Film and Tone». As a screenwriter and producer, he has made over 30 feature films and over 100 documentaries and short films. At all domestic festivals in the former Yugoslavia and Serbia (Pula, Herceg Novi, Nis, Vrnjačka Banja), feature films where he worked as a screenwriter and producer received awards. His feature films received international awards in Cannes, Chicago, Mannheim, Valencia, Moscow, Minsk, Kiev, etc. For documentaries awarded at numerous international film festivals in Oberhausen, Locarno, Drama, Moscow, Warsaw, Krakow, etc.) He has won many awards at home and abroad. He is a member of the Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Serbia and has the honorary title of Honoured Artist.

Natalia Marinova (Belarus)

Natalia Marinova is a screenwriter, producer, senior lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism of BSU, director of the Belarus 3 TV channel of the Belteleradiocompany.

YOUNG CINEMA COMPETITION
Andrey Andreevich Volgin (Russia)

Russian film director, producer, editing director and cameraman. Studied film and television directing at Natalia Nesterova University. For more than 15 years he has been the head of the first Russian trailer-house On/Off production. On/Off production takes part in the promotion of all significant film releases of the Russian Federation "Cheburashka", "Kholop 2", "By Pike's Will", "Challenge" and more than 200 other releases of world cinema. He has directed about 10 feature films and TV series. Directed such successful films and TV series as "Balkan Border" and "Rook". Producer of a series of films on “Cheburashka”, “Challenge” and others.

Ostrovsky Vadim Henrikhovich (Russia)

Film and television director, producer. Winner of the Russian State Prize in Literature and Art, the Russian National Television Award "TEFI" and other awards. He has directed many well-known TV series such as “Yboynaya Sila”, “Attempt”, “More Important Than Love”, “The Disappeared”, “Made in the USSR”, “Juna”, “Axe” and others. In addition to feature films and TV series, he also created a number of documentary cycles for television as a director-producer, in particular "The Secret History of Art", "Collected Olympic Essays". Starting from the first editions and for a number of years, he participated in the creation of the programme "Formula of Power" as a director-director, executive producer of the project. Since 2015, he has been working as Director of the Directorate of Film and Series Directorate of the NTV TV channel, and teaches film directing and production at VGIK.

Tatiana Kublitskaya (Belarus)

Belarusian animation film director, production designer, screenwriter, graphic artist, illustrator. Winner of numerous prestigious international festivals. Graduated from the Belarusian State Theater and Art Institute (now the Belarusian State Academy of Arts) with a degree in Graphics in 1981. He has been working at the animation studio of the Belarusfilm National Film Studio since 1983 as a production designer, and since 2008 as a production director. She collaborated with the publishing houses "Unatva" and "Mastatskaya Litaratura" as an illustrator.

Andrey Rubetskoy (Russia)

Russian animation director and screenwriter.Was born in 1969. In 1992 he has finished animation courses in «Insitute of qualification of workers of Radio and Television». Since 1993 he worked in «Souzmultfilm», «VID», «Ekran», «Animatec», «3DO company», «CNF anima», «Prostranstvoidey» as a 2D-3D animator. Since 2012–2022 he works as a screenwriter and director at «KinoAtis», he was responsible for creating 40 episodes of «Space Dogs Funny Family», «Space Dogs Adventure to the moon». He is also a screenwriter for «Boddo Borodo» at «Riki». Have participated in several projects of the studio «SHAR», «Obsheedelo», he also had a hand in creating music videos for bands «Nautilus Pompilius» и «Krematorij». He also participated in several film festivals and has received awards on them.

Ramil Usmanov (Russia, Kazakhstan)

Born on October 18, 1963. Director, Art Director and animation screenwriter. Animator, 3D modeler, composer. Graduated from «Kazakh Pedagogical Institute (KazPi) named after Abay», Faculty of Art and Graphic Arts (1981-1986). Director of the Creative Association «Anímator-PRO» JSC «Kazakhfilm». Lecturer of the Department "Screen Arts Direction", specialty "Animation directing" of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts n.a.T. Zhurgenov. Anna Vasilievna Pendrakovskaya (Russia)

Film scholar, screenwriter, teacher, producer. Studied at the Department of Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Graduated from the scriptwriting and film studies faculty of VGIK and postgraduate studies at VGIK. Established the company Vasilisa, which was engaged in the distribution of Russian cinema. In 1992. Milyausha Lyabibovna Aituganova (Russia, Republic of Tatarstan)

Director of the State Budgetary Cultural Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Tatarkino" since 2017. Graduated from Kazan State University. Candidate of Historical Sciences. Professor of the Department of Film and Television Directing at Kazan State Institute of Culture. From 2005. Member of the Russian Union of Journalists. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia. Honoured Art Worker of Tatarstan. Honoured with the state award: Badge of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan "For Achievements in Culture".

Svetlana Ivanovna Sukhovey (Belarus)

Soviet Belarusian actress of theater and cinema, Chairman of the Belarusian Guild of Cinema Actors, actress of the Cinema Actor Studio Theater of the National Film Studio Belarusfilm. Graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (workshop of I. Talankin). Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus (1999). Honored with state awards of the Republic of Belarus: the Medal of Francysk Skaryna (2007), the Order of Francysk Skaryna (2013), as well as the state award of the Russian Federation - the Pushkin Medal (2007).
